Meeting Called to Order
	Meeting called to order at 7:22 by President John Steffy. There were 14 members present.

Secretary's report
	Mark Harper made a motion to accept the Secretarys report, Doug Schindelar seconded. The motion passed

Treasures Report
	Norma McKay made a motion to accept the Treasurer's report. Mark Harper seconded, the motion passed.

Swap Shop
	It is time to submit the ad to the AMA for the December swap shop. Mark Harper and Cliff Christensen will prepare the ad.

Military Fly-in
	Contest director Mark Harper said letters to manufacturers asking for donations have been mailed and items are beginning to come in. He also stated that we need to order trophies. A motion was made by John Steffy and secondes by Phil Ryan to spend up to $100.00 for trophies. Motion passed.

June Fun Fly
	The day for the fun-fly was very windy and not much flying was done. John Steffy made a motion not to reschedule the event and it passed.

Fuel
	Mike Wilkerson reported because of a shortage of nitro we use in our fuel, the price has increased dramatically. He will check further and report at the next meeting.

Safety Rope
	Sam Hart made a motion to pay Bob Johnston $125.00 for the rope used for the new safety barrier at the Whittington field. John Steffy seconded and the motion passed.

Spread Spectrum Radios
	Sam Hart made a motion to have 10 pins dedicated to Spread Spectrum Radios at each field. Jack Lipka seconded and the motion passed.

Adjournment
	Mark Harper made a motion to adjuorn the meeting, John Steffy seconded. The meeting was adjourned

Tail Twister/50-50
	The tail twister for the next meeting will be a glow plug. Doug Schindelar won the 50-50 drawing.
